Homemade food for larger gatherings
Gatherings, mevlit, engagements, birthdays, condolences, business meetings… The real challenge is calculating quantities correctly and having everything ready on time.
Larger quantities mean more work: every kibbeh is hand-shaped and every vine leaf is rolled individually. We prefer to discuss large orders early, agree on a realistic date and keep to it.
The occasions we prepare for most
Each has its own rhythm; we plan your order accordingly.
Hosting at home
Dinner or afternoon refreshments. Ordering raw kibbeh and frying it before guests arrive is a convenient option.
Mevlit and condolences
Usually a large quantity needs to be served at once. We deliver arranged in trays, ready to serve.
Engagements, henna nights, birthdays
Balance with the other refreshments matters. Tell us what else will be served and we’ll suggest a quantity.
Business meetings and offices
Easy-to-eat bites that need no sauce are often preferred. Kibbeh suits this setting.
How much per person?
These are starting points based on experience, not fixed rules. Tell us about your menu and we’ll refine the quantities together.
As a main meal
With rice, salad and yogurt alongside:
- Kibbeh
- 3–4 pieces per person
- Vine leaves
- 4–5 pieces per person
As refreshments
For tea, a welcome table or buffet:
- Kibbeh
- 2–3 pieces per person
- Vine leaves
- 3–4 pieces per person
Plan for leftovers too. Raw kibbeh can be frozen for later; fried kibbeh and vine leaves in olive oil should be consumed within a few days. Keep this in mind when ordering extra.
